Renzo Gregorio
Full-Stack Developer & Problem Solver

I turn messy operations into systems that just run.

Bocaue, Bulacan — based full-stack developer who builds production operations systems, approval engines, and commission systems that replace manual work with something that scales. Comfortable owning a problem end to end: database design, backend, interface, and the edge cases nobody wants to think about.

Featured work

Kingland Marketing Company Inc. · Jan 2025 – Present
Backend Developer / Team Leader
TurborepoFastifyPrismaPaymongo

Led the build of four connected production apps — an internal operations system, an online shop, an agent portal, and a marketing site — all sharing one database and one central system behind the scenes.

The problem

Commission payouts across four channels were calculated by hand — slow, error-prone, and impossible to audit once money moved.

The approach

Built a commission engine covering four commission types, withholding tax, and pool splits — locking each record the moment an order completes so nothing can be changed after the fact.

The outcome

Manual payout calculation eliminated entirely, with a flexible approval workflow now reused across cash advances and purchase orders.

Checkout & procurement Paymongo integration with built-in promo code validation, and auto-generating purchase orders the moment stock runs short.
Fulfillment controls permission controls by role, detailed audit trails, and partial delivery/receipt tracking across warehouse operations.

Next.jsPrismaPostgreSQLNextAuth

Built a 34-module internal dashboard, all running on one shared system — spanning procurement, budgeting, HR, fleet, and approvals for the whole organization.

The problem

Department requests — supplies, vehicles, budget, cash advances, gate passes — ran through disconnected paper trails and spreadsheets. No shared audit history, and every team's approval process was reinvented from scratch.

The approach

Designed one workflow engine that handles every kind of approval — directors, department heads, AP/AR, treasury — with flexible multi-stage routing and full audit logging. Every module plugs into that same engine instead of building its own approval process from scratch.

The outcome

34 modules now run on the same engine, from Request-to-Pay and expense budgeting to vehicle requisition and clearance — each new request type is just a new form, not a new approval system, with every step logged for a full audit trail.
